01

Getting started

Do I need to already have a CRM in place?

No. Part of the Customer Journey Audit is figuring out what you actually need. Some clients come to me with a messy HubSpot setup, others have nothing built yet. Either way, I meet you where you are.

Do you help me generate more leads?

No — this isn't lead generation. My work starts once a lead reaches you: fixing the CRM, follow-up, and systems so the leads you already have don't go cold. If you need help finding leads in the first place, reach out and I can point you toward someone who does.

What if I'm not sure what's actually broken, I just know something is?

That's exactly what the audit is for. Most business owners can feel that leads are slipping through somewhere, they just can't see where. That's my job to find.

How do we get started?

Book a Customer Journey Audit. It's the lowest-risk way to work together, and you'll get a clear, prioritized picture of what's broken either way. From there, you can run with the fixes yourself, or move into Implementation, where that same audit is included as step one (no double-paying, as long as it's within 90 days).

02

Process

What does the process actually look like?

Audit first: I map your customer journey and hand you a prioritized list of fixes. From there, most clients move into Implementation, where I actually build the fixes. Once things are live, Ongoing Ops keeps everything maintained and improving.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on scope, but most projects run 2-6 weeks from kickoff to handoff. I'll give you a specific timeline once I know what the audit uncovers.

How do I know this will work?

Honestly, I don't know with certainty, nobody does. What I do understand is buyer psychology: most people don't convert on the first touchpoint, they need to see you multiple times before they trust you enough to act. Knowing how and when to show up matters more than showing up loudly once. That's what I build for, systems that stay present at the right moments instead of hoping one email or one ad does all the work.

Do I have to sign up for the retainer after implementation?

No. Implementation stands on its own. Ongoing Ops is there for when you want someone keeping things maintained and optimized without having to think about it yourself.

03

AI & tools

Partner, not replacement
Do you use AI in your process?

Yes, but as a partner, not a replacement for my thinking. I build custom AI agents trained on your brand voice and knowledge base to help execute faster. The judgment, strategy, and decisions stay with me, always.

What tools do you typically work with?

Any CRM platform. I work within whatever system you already have when it makes sense to build on it rather than rip it out, HubSpot, Salesforce, or whatever you're already running.

04

Pricing

How much does this cost?

The Customer Journey Audit starts at $750. Implementation runs $1,500-3,000 depending on scope. Ongoing Ops is $800-1,200/month. Exact pricing depends on the complexity of what I find and build.

If I already paid for an Audit, do I pay for it again if I move into Implementation?

No. If you move into Implementation within 90 days of your Audit, that cost is applied toward the Implementation project. After 90 days, I'll need to re-audit since things may have changed, so it's billed as a fresh project.

Who pays for third-party tools or software in the tech stack?

You do. If implementation calls for a new tool or an upgraded plan on something you're already using, that cost is separate from my fee and billed directly to you by the provider.
